Here we are at the end of another great year! ADA is 1 year old!! On behalf of the ADA Board of Directors & Examiners we would like to thank you all for your support throughout 2014 & congratulations to all for the hard work & effort you put into your students preparation for their examinations & Awards Day. We hope you all enjoyed the new music & revised syllabus. We have enjoyed watching the children in their exams & at Awards Day. I personally would like to thank the ADA Board of Directors & Examiners for their amazing support throughout this year.

1 DAY Registered Teacher – $260 = Attendance, syllabus & usb (Tap or Jazz)
2 DAY Registered Teacher – $420 = Attendance, syllabus & usb (Tap & Jazz)
1 DAY Major Student – $130 = Attendance & syllabus
2 DAY Major Student – $190 = Attendance & syllabus
Stars Student – $25 per grade
Anyone that has purchased a Stars syllabus &/or cd in 2014 will receive a replacement free of charge. You will need to make contact with the Office before making your Seminar booking.
Queensland News
All Examiners that covered the Townsville, Rockhampton, Bundaberg, Cairns & Brisbane examining tours were most impressed by the standard of all the students & the warm welcome.
Brisbane Awards ran very smoothly again this year. A huge thank you to all the teachers that supported in the preparation & their voluntary work during the event. These events would not run without our Volunteers!!

Congratulations to all teachers & students for your time & effort put into examinations, even for those continuing into December. I am sure all the Examiners will be ready for a well deserved break. A huge thank you to everyone that supported the Sydney Awards in September.
Malaysia / Thailand News
A huge thank you to Jaruganya Amesbutr (Gye) for her help in co-ordinating Thailand & her contact with the teachers. Examinations were held in Bangkok (BK), Chiangmai (CM) & Chiangrai (CR) & Jahor Bahru in Malaysia. We wish Sakornpun Purinit (Noon) well with her new studio complex – The Artists Studio – the photos are amazing.

Rosemary Newton (1928 - 2014)
Miss Helback has asked the Examining Board to pass on her thanks to everyone for their condolences & flowers. Mr Bob Steele spoke on behalf of FATD/ADA at the funeral outlining all that Miss Newton had done over the years. Examiners present were Miss Gapps, Miss Griffin, Miss Fontana, Mrs Musgrave, Miss Munroe & Mrs Yee.
Miss Newton will be sadly missed by all.
